Most placements go from first contact to a running machine within a week or two.
You reach out
Fill out the form on our contact page or call us at (321) 285-9437. Tell us about your space and roughly how many people use it. You do not need to have everything figured out.
We get back to you within one business day
We will follow up with a recommendation for the right machine based on your location and traffic. If it is a good fit, we send over a simple placement agreement. No long contracts, no hidden fees.
We agree on the details
We confirm the machine type, the product mix, and where it goes in your building. If you have specific requirements like allergy-friendly products or refrigerated items, we sort that out here.
We deliver and set up
We bring the machine, put it where you want it, plug it in, stock it, and test everything before we leave. You just show us where it goes. Setup usually takes less than an hour.
We handle everything after that
Regular restocking, cleaning, and repairs are all on us. We visit on a schedule based on your machine's volume. If something breaks between visits, call us and we come out. You will always have a direct number to reach us.
