We use a simple placement agreement. No long-term lock-ins. If things are not working out, we can talk about it. We want the arrangement to work for both sides.

Most placements go from first contact to a running machine within one to two weeks. We get back to you within one business day of your initial inquiry.

Yes. We work with you on the product mix. If you have specific requests, dietary requirements, or things your people have asked for, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Yes. We can stock machines with peanut-free, gluten-free, nut-free, and dairy-free items. If your building has a strict allergen policy, tell us and we will set the machine up accordingly.

It depends on how busy your machine is. High-volume locations get more frequent visits. We track what sells and adjust the schedule. If the machine runs low between visits, you can call us and we will come out.

Yes. Refrigerated units can carry fresh sandwiches, salads, yogurt, cold drinks, and other items that need to stay cold. They work well in offices, schools, healthcare facilities, and gyms. See our Refrigerated Vending page for more.

Call us. We come out and fix it. You will have a direct number to reach us. We handle all repairs on machines we place or manage.

Yes. Cleaning is part of our regular service visits. We clean the inside and outside of the machine on a schedule.

Our machines accept card and contactless payment, which avoids most of those issues. If something does go wrong, the person can reach out to us directly and we will make it right.
